Get Buff Fast – 3 Easy Ways

Growing up, I was always the skinny kid and just thought it was impossible for me to get muscular. I was 5’10” and weighed about 120lbs in a lanky frame. I blamed it on genetics or bad luck and just went on with my life while secretly jealous of my peers who seemed to get better quickly with no effort. It wasn’t until I swallowed my pride and asked my friend for his secret that I learned how to improve quickly.

If you want to improve quickly, you must learn to do what really works and produces results and not from hearsay or what you see on TV late at night or read in a magazine. Now, I’m the guy my friends ask for advice and this is what I tell them:

1. Eat well – To get a quick benefit, you need to eat the right kind and amount of food. Protein-rich foods will help you build muscle. Protein shakes after working out will also help with the muscle building process. Also, it is much better to eat 6 small meals throughout the day than 3 large meals like most people.

two. smart work – Once you’re eating properly, you’ll want to make sure you’re exercising properly and effectively. You want to work smart, not hard, as our goal is to turn up the volume and get better fast. Free weights are better than machines as they stimulate the muscles better. It’s also important to have a training partner who can not only pick you up on certain exercises, but also keep you motivated. Keep a journal to document your progress.

3. Rest – Most people don’t realize that real muscle building happens when you’re out of the gym. Muscle fibers get bigger after being stimulated in the gym. Some people think they can get better quickly by exercising harder and longer. That’s working hard, not smart. You want to exercise enough and then go home and rest so your muscles can rebuild and grow.

By following these tips, you’ll be well on your way to improving quickly. The most important thing is to take action. You can read tips and advice, but the true measure of success is getting results that can’t happen until you take the first step. I put on over 50lbs of lean muscle in less than a year and if I can do it, so can you. You just have to take action and follow the steps.
