Review: Yet another great piece in Tal Rasha’s wrap set. The belt seems to be a good belt for casters, as it has a large +30 bonus to mana, and 37% of physical combat damage taken goes to mana mode reinforces this. The little MF boost is good for characters going into MF Runs, and the +20 Dexterity is great if you need a little more Dexterity to equip one of your items.

If you use three more Tal Rasha wrappers, you even get a 10% faster release rate!
