Families with children may want to purchase a home in a development like this. There are bound to be other children living in the neighborhood and other adults who want to socialize.

These buildings are very susceptible to flood damage, and the foundations of these houses often end up sinking or cracking. However, with these extenuating circumstances in mind, companies building new homes in these locations raise the foundations and secure the areas below to prevent structural damage from occurring. In this case, there is definitely an advantage to buying a newly built home rather than one that has been there for many years.

With these considerations in mind, homebuyers must decide whether or not they want to live in a home with some history or in a place that represents a new beginning. Arguments can be made for both options. Ultimately, it all comes down to the preferences of the person or persons making the investment.
