feel beautiful always

Who wouldn’t love to always look beautiful? Makeup is an essential feature to look beautiful, but unfortunately it fades away. Cosmetic tattooing, micropigmentation, permanent makeup or demographics are a way of introducing pigments into the skin of the face similar to tattoos that can be as permanent as you want. Eyes and lips, the defining features of our face in terms of makeup are those that undergo cosmetic tattooing. The process is like getting a tattoo. A needle containing the pigment releases it into your skin. Proper sterilization, techniques, and a valid license are key to a safe cosmetic tattoo.

The cosmetic tattoo fades over time and needs color enhancement or renewal.

Pigments are made from inert iron oxides and care must be taken not to use cobalt or cadmium.

Doing it

First, you will need to be checked for the allergic reaction to the pigment, via a patch test.

After that, in consultation with the makeup expert, you will choose the colors.

With a sterile surgical pen, the contour of the area to be tattooed is traced. An anesthetic gel is spread over the area to be tattooed.

Using a hollow vibrating needle, the pigment is applied to the top layer of the skin. Handmade tattoo machines are the best. Coil machines such as the liner machine, shader, and color packer are essentials for any tattoo artist. Rotating machines are also used, although some consider them unsafe. Basically, every time the needle pierces the skin, a drop of pigment is released which causes a brief stinging sensation.

Initially the color will be very bright and the surrounding tissue will swell, but the color fades to its correct shade after a few weeks and cold packs and antibiotic creams will reduce swelling and prevent any infection. Going out in the sun should be strictly avoided to avoid further color changes. The use of sunscreen with UV blocker is recommended during this period.

What parts of the face or makeup are susceptible to cosmetic tattooing

· Eyebrows

Upper and lower eyeliners

Lip liner, color and blend

· Camouflage scars and beauty marks, hair imitation eyelash enhancement, etc.

What kind of population benefits from permanent makeup?

People older than a minimum age and those who have a normal healing mechanism.

· Athletes who want to look their best during any sporting activity, be it cycling, tennis, etc.

People who tend to sweat a lot.

Those who have allergies to cosmetic ingredients.

Those who have vision problems or have difficulty applying makeup due to physically debilitating conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis.

· Busy people who don’t have time to put on makeup again.

The difference between a tattoo and a cosmetic tattoo is that permanent makeup or cosmetic tattooing requires the study of facial features and skin tone. The idea here is to naturally look more attractive, not like regular tattoos, which are just for decoration. However, the procedure is basically the same.
