Caution – Is this really a “theory”?

For several decades, deception has increased in the form of misrepresenting or misusing words that once had a definite meaning. At the top of the list is the term “theory.”

It is part of the scientific vocabulary, and the correct meaning implies a well-tested hypothesis that has yielded considerable evidence as to its applicability and suitability for future research. Qualified scientists strongly oppose the casual use of this word, because the meaning is very strict and is fundamental to scientific research.

Today, the term is used recklessly in a deliberate attempt to mislead. A good example is the so-called theory of evolution. The concept doesn’t even come close to the realm of science, but is, in fact, a premise of Hinduism that Charles Darwin plagiarized from Vedanta. Vedanta is a Hindu philosophy based on the Vedas, or basic religious texts, of that religion.

The following is from “The Concept of Evolution in Hinduism”: Calcutta, The Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture, May 2002:

“All evolution is a movement from the undifferentiated state to differentiated states.

Vedanta recognizes the process of cosmic evolution from a homogeneous mass to a variety of phenomena. Life forms were initially single-celled organisms; Gradually, they became multicellular and increasingly complex, culminating in the appearance of the human being. Vedanta does not accept any special creation theory.

Accept the theory of gradual evolution. Life begets life; all living things are derived from living things. They are not generated from non-living things; The assumption that, following certain mechanical processes, nature generates something from inanimate objects is illogical and untenable.”

“In fact,” asserts ML Burke, “Hindus were Spinozists 2,000 years before Spinoza was born, Darwinians centuries before Darwin was born, and evolutionists many centuries before the doctrine of evolution was accepted by the Huxleys of our time, and before any word like evolution existed in any language of the world.” (ML Burke, Swami Vivekananda in the West, Vol. 2, 3rd ed., Mayavati: Advaita Ashrama, 1984, p. 128. Also, Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda, Vol. IX, p. 25)

You can find more information about the non-Christian belief in evolution by reading these materials than from Darwin’s “Origin of Species”. So here’s a case of a previously unsung man of no great achievement who made his name by lifting up parts of an ancient religion and presenting the material as science.

Surprising to many, the educational community has embraced this fraud to the point of teaching the subject as a science and insisting, with legislative support, on making it a core curriculum in school systems across the United States.

Why is the concept of evolution so vile to Christians? It’s because it lays the foundation for the belief in reincarnation: that the soul is recycled after physical death. If the soul lives on and simply changes residence, then why is there a need for a savior?

The exponents would have you believe that the world was not created by God, through His Son, but that the universe and all living things simply evolved on their own. They want you to believe that the passion of Christ was less than nothing. But Christians believe otherwise:

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.

By Him all things were made; without Him nothing of what has been made was made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.” (John 1:1-5, New International Version of the Bible)

A similar misuse of the term has been pervasive in the fields of psychiatry and psychology since its inception. Freud’s supposed theories about psychoanalysis were nothing more than dream notions while he was addicted to cocaine. Theories of personality, theories of psychotherapy, and theories of psychopathology are simply unproven ideas.

When a distressed person seeks help from a doctor in any of these disciplines, he expects to be helped by scientific knowledge. Instead, the patient is treated with favored opinions that follow the style of the therapist.

I will add that the world has refused to comprehend this light and has chosen to embrace darkness, now more than ever, and men will increasingly close their eyes and ears to the truth.
