Can you use pH strips to find out if you are pregnant? I’ll tell you

I recently received a question from a woman who asked me if pH test strips can tell you whether or not you are pregnant. I also wanted to know if they work better or sooner than the pregnancy tests that you can get at any pharmacy or supermarket. I will address these concerns in the next article.

What are pH test strips used for in terms of design and pregnancy: These strips are not actually used often to tell you if you are pregnant. The best tool to determine this is your standard pregnancy test, which measures the rise in hormones that occurs after (and if) you have conceived. Actually, these strips are typically used to tell you if you are more likely (at least during the time of the test) to conceive a boy or a girl.

Look, if you are acidic or have a higher pH, it is said that you are more likely to conceive a girl, since this state is more detrimental to the production of sperm Y of the boy. Similarly, if these little strips show that you are alkaline in nature or have a lower pH, then it is said that you are more likely to conceive a child, as the environment is not as hostile or harmful to these more vulnerable little ones.

Many women will also continue to use the strips while trying to change their pH. For example, if you are acidic but you are trying to have a child, you can change your diet to include foods with low pH and you can douche with certain things to reduce this level. Then you would keep using the strips to see how much they are paying off or to determine which foods or douches are giving you the best results. The same process is true if you are trying to have a girl, but instead you will try to become more acidic.

People sometimes combine the use of the strips with urine or saliva ovulation predictors, as timing is another aspect of this process that you can control to get the results you want. People who want a baby boy will need to conceive later in their fertility cycle than people who want a baby girl. This is where predictors of ovulation also become very important.

However, once conception occurs, both tools have already done their job and then you will move on to pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. I hope this article has cleared up any questions you may have had about when and how pH strips come into play.
