Aluminum Dinner Recipes Everyone Loves Now

If you don’t have the luxury of time, but still want to cook a satisfying dinner, why not go for a foil dinner? It is very easy to prepare and the best part is that you do not need to clean up afterwards.

Hawaiian chicken extravaganza

What do you need:

  • 1 kilo of chicken breast minced

  • 2 cups rice of your choice, cooked

  • 2 large onions, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 large head broccoli, chopped

  • 2 cups green peas

  • 2 cups of pineapple crushed

  • 2 to 3 cups teriyaki sauce

Prepare 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, folding the sides to create a 1-inch border. Spray the foil with cooking spray. Divide the rice, chicken, onion, bell peppers, broccoli, peas and pineapple among 4 sheets. Fold the sides to create a bundle. Drizzle each with teriyaki sauce. If you are grilling, cook the packets on a preheated grill over medium high heat, turning a few times, for 30 minutes. When baking, cook packets in preheated oven (400F) for 30 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before opening packages.

What do you need:

  • 1/2 kilogram of ground beef

  • 2 potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 12 cherry potatoes, cut in half

  • 1 1/2 cups small carrots, sliced

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt seasoned with pepper

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup diced onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt. With clean hands, shape mixture into 1-inch-thick patties. Prepare 4 pieces of heavy duty 18 x 12 inch aluminum foil and spray each with cooking spray. Divide potatoes, beef patties, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and remaining seasoned salt between 4 sheets of aluminum foil, then fold in sides to seal. Cook on a preheated grill, covered, over medium heat until all ingredients are heated through and the potatoes are tender, about 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool before consuming.
