Hello Folks! Welcome to Our Blog.

Most people assume that those reliable antibiotics that the population so depends on are the answer to everything, yet in reality they are not. Antibiotics are only effective against bacteria, not viruses, and since fever and sore throat are caused by both, they may not even treat your symptoms. Not to mention, they can cause allergic reactions, so there is always a risk when taking them.

Causes

Viruses are the main cause of the combination of a sore throat and fever. These include both the cold and the flu, and since antibiotics cannot treat them, you should look for alternative ways to reduce your symptoms so that you can feel more comfortable. One of the few bacterial infections that can be treated with antibiotics is strep throat and this is the only way to get rid of this infection. Lastly, sometimes these symptoms are simply caused by seasonal allergies that are easily treated naturally or with antihistamines.

Natural medicine

Apple cider vinegar – There are not many ailments that cannot be remedied with the help of apple cider vinegar. This is not a cocktail to drink, plug your nose and lower the hatch! Tastes bad but works almost instantly. If you can’t drink a single tablespoon, mix it with a little water and honey.

Herbs tea – Green tea is excellent for treating these symptoms and also provides antioxidants to your body. It’s a good idea to get used to drinking a cup of tea every day, especially during flu season. Adding lemon and honey also increases the healing properties. Other varieties that are also quite beneficial are slippery elm, licorice root or wild cherry.

Gargle – You can gargle with a few different things that you will probably already find in your kitchen to ease your sore throat. Salt water is a popular option, but you can also try mixing apple cider vinegar, sage, or aloe vera with water.

Garlic – This healing herb can be used in two different ways. First, you can simply cut a tooth to suck, pressing it against your teeth like a cough drop to release its special chemicals. Alternatively, another way to treat a sore throat and fever with garlic is to boil it in some water, let the liquid cool, and then simply gargle with it.
