$ 100,000 a month! What 5 things do I need to do?
1. The question of Coincidence of Fundamental Values. Ask yourself, is this business opportunity that I am currently involved in or considering in accordance with my core values? So in simpler terms, “Do you believe in this opportunity and its products / services so deeply that you would enroll your own mom without hesitation?” If your answer is a clear “No” then what you are seeing does not match your core values and you should move on to do your due diligence at your next opportunity.
2. Does your business opportunity have a large market sector? Whatever your products / services you market, you need to have a large enough audience to sell. It is much better to join a marketing company where 100% of people use your products or services every day, as opposed to 75% of people who do not use it at all. Get the picture?
3. Spend 2 hours a day building professional relationships. Mark Yarnell doesn’t care what time of day or night you do it, but you have to put in 2 hours every day and talk to your potential clients. Remember in this industry you make money by selling products / services at the retail side along with hiring on your team. Only work Monday through Friday, weekends off.
4. Decide if you are going to make $ 100,000 using the 1, 2, or 3-year plan. This is the formula
o 1-year plan (talk to 30 people a day, Monday through Friday, 20 days a month)
o 2-year plan (talk to 20 people a day, Monday through Friday for 20 days a month)
o 3-year plan (talk to 10 people a day, Monday through Friday for 20 days a month)
How the hell can I talk to 30 people a day? If you market your business effectively, then you shouldn’t have a problem generating 30 leads a day. If you’re not getting 30 leads a day, subscribe below and let me introduce you to the marketing methods that allow me to have more leads than I can handle. You don’t have 30 minute conversations with every potential customer. Take a few minutes to lead people to the information. If you’ve talked to 10 people but left voicemails for the other 20, well, you’ve talked to your 30 prospects for the day.
5. Recognize and avoid the 10 biggest landmines that blow up one’s MLM career
o Don’t let others compare their company to yours – these people are vampires and will suck your energy out.
o Don’t join multiple marketing companies for multiple sources of income. Focus on a single company.
o Multitasking bomb. Focus on one thing. You can’t focus
o Bank pump. Don’t loan people money for your starter kit.
o Product Expert Bomb – The more technically oriented you are to your product and service, the more you will baffle the people in your company. Don’t become an expert
o The friends and family bomb: it is not a market to be exploited. They will join when you start to earn a lot of money. Do not let them escape.
o Network meeting bomb: meeting where you present your deal for 30 seconds. Other network marketers are only there to push their own deals
o Dabble bomb – You are looking for people who have enough IQ and who really want to start working and getting started. Don’t waste your time with a part time (for example, you only work 2 hours a week and want to make $ 100,000 a month.
o Dump Bomb: Don’t throw out all your information about your prospect the first time you talk to him. Just give them enough to get excited.
o Shortcut bomb: there are no shortcuts, it’s hard work but worth it. Remember that full-time focused work is still 2 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
